Custom Concept Approval
Rest assured, our custom jewelry design process is built on your approval. There's no obligation to purchase any design until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
Hand Sketch or 3D CAD Design
After receiving your hand sketch approval, we'll proceed to transform your 2D sketches into 3D CAD models, providing you with realistic renderings of your jewelry.
Artistic Jewelry Craftsmanship
Our master artisans will bring your creation to life, skillfully executing the molds and crafting the final pieces with precision and artistry.
CAD Design Confirmation
You'll receive the finished CAD design, showcasing exquisite details and stunning finishes, ready for you to launch your brand and captivate your sales network.
Extra Services
Packaging Solutions
We offer standard zip lock bags to prevent tarnishing. For added protection, we can provide anti-tarnish paper strips and barcode sticker printing at an additional cost. If needed, we also offer in-house jewelry packing services on custom packaging materials, subject to a small handling charge based on complexity.
Jewelry Testing
To ensure top-notch quality and safety, our jewelry undergoes testing by SGS & Intertek China or independent third-party test agencies. We also offer testing services upon request, including compliance with the European Union's REACH chemical regulations. Comprehensive reports will be provided at the end of the testing process.
Jewelry Inspection
For added assurance, we can arrange for SGS & Intertek China or independent third-party inspections upon your request. These "final random inspections" verify product quality before shipment, with all arrangements and inspection costs managed by the customer.
Jewelry Repair
We provide repair services, both minor and major, for wear and tear returns, including re-plating. A small repair charge may apply, depending on the extent of repair required.
Hallmarking Service
JW ARTISAN proudly bears the WaarborgHolland Dutch Hallmark, accepted in all European countries. We offer in-house hallmarking service for European countries approved by the Dutch Hallmarking System. WaarborgHolland conducts sampling and testing to ensure the fineness of precious metals produced in our factory. This streamlines the logistical process, saving you time and costs, as you can sell your jewelry once we ship it to you.
